Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of landscaping and hardscaping tasks, including installing pavers, retaining walls, sod, irrigation, and planting.
• Operate machinery and tools such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints or site plans to execute projects accurately to design specifications.
• Measure and grade sites, ensuring drainage, alignment, and material accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and report site hazards or equipment issues.
• Assist in material loading/unloading and job site cleanup.
• Collaborate with team members and crew leaders to ensure project success.
• Maintain work logs and track materials used per project.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards on-site.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on landscaping/hardscaping experience preferred.
• Proficient with installation of patios, walkways, walls, and other landscape structures.
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and implement site plans, drawings, or blueprints.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
