The Window People is hiring a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support the timely and efficient execution of window and door installation projects. In this vital behind-the-scenes role, you'll oversee materials procurement, track deliveries, coordinate installation schedules, and serve as a central point of communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Order and track all windows, doors, and related materials from vendors and suppliers.
- Confirm specifications, lead times, and delivery details for incoming products.
- Maintain organized inventory records and manage delivery schedules.
- Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules with crews and customers.
- Communicate proactively with sales reps, vendors, and installers regarding project updates or issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers on scheduling matters.
- Resolve supply delays, discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure project details and updates are recorded accurately in CRM/project management tools.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, scheduling, or project coordination; experience in construction or home improvement preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/project management software.
- Knowledge of window and door products or supplier processes is a plus.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Occasional Saturday hours (1x per month, half day)
