Key Responsibilities

• Construction Support: Assist in building inground pools under Crew Lead guidance; help plumb pools, build formwork, and install equipment pads.
• Site Awareness: Know where tools, safety gear, and materials are stored; maintain cleanliness and follow yard/construction site protocols.
• Tool & Equipment Use: Keep tools organized and clean; operate equipment like Skid Steers and Mixing Buckets if certified.
• Concrete & Liner Work: Form and pour concrete features (e.g., steps, benches); assist with liner installation and troweling pool bottoms (bonus eligible).
• Problem Solving: Learn to troubleshoot issues with liners, plumbing, and pool automation systems.
• Safety & Reporting: Use proper safety gear; report any site issues to supervisors and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Policy Adherence: Follow all company protocols including Paycor, Fleetio, and Divvy systems for timekeeping and vehicle use.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or related field preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, work outdoors, and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and eagerness to learn
• Must be dependable and demonstrate initiative on job sites
• Driver's license not required for this role but needed for advancement
• Career Progression & Bonus Potential:
• Eligibility for bonuses (e.g., $150 per bottom trowel task)
• Skill-based progression levels (1-5) with performance-based raises
• Must score ≥75% on evaluations to qualify for pay increases
• Clear path toward Crew Lead and equipment certifications
