The Ford Agency is looking for a Membership Assistant to support an a DC-based financial regulatory association. This is a great temporary opportunity to gain membership, customer service, and communications experience with a highly-visible organization. This position starts immediately and is expected to last 6 months. Candidates with experience in iMIS and mail merge are especially encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities Include:
- Execute mass mailings through mail merge
- Assist with dues campaigns and processes
- Manage data and reporting on membership activities
- Prepare materials for in-person and virtual meetings
Qualifications Include:
- 1 years of professional experience, membership experience a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience working with iMIS or comparable system, a plus
