- New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
- COVID vaccination documentation or completed exemption form
- Traveler submission form
- Permanent address (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
- Work history
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA); current Nursys verification
- Medical/occupational health compliance documents submitted within 5 days of offer acceptance
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit or Kingsbury Pavilion (custodial patients, higher ratio, lower acuity)
- Must have own reliable transportation
- No shift accommodation requests accepted (e.g., block scheduling)
- Little or no RTO allowed; summer dates are not available
