- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food plant sanitation Required
- 2 years sanitation supervisor or lead experience Required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
