This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy using a strengths-based, systems-oriented approach
- Deliver services in the home, school, and community to maximize natural supports
- Develop and implement integrated treatment plans in collaboration with families and team members
- Participate in crisis intervention, planning, and on-call clinical coverage
- Attend evaluations, team meetings, and interagency coordination sessions
- Coordinate with external providers to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field (required)
- Licensed Mental Health Professional preferred; or license-eligible with relevant clinical concentration
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with children/adolescents in behavioral health settings
- Strong communication skills and a culturally competent, trauma-informed mindset
Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
