Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Scrum Master
Hybrid to Downtown Chicago (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Processes:
- Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to foster continuous improvement.
- Conduct standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and help remove impediments.
- Team Coordination & Collaboration:
- Act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration among team members.
- Bridge communication between the Product Owner, platform teams, and UI team.
- Promote transparency in decision-making and sprint deliverables.
- Risk Management & Planning:
- Identify risks and dependencies early, addressing them proactively.
- Facilitate discussions and trade-offs to maintain delivery timelines without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in data platform and UI development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, with a focus on servant leadership.
- Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and front-end technologies.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps and MIRO.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Certifications like SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) are a plus.
