The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to full cycle accounting including monthly closing processes and reconciliations. Responsibilities:
- Assist with operational accounting tasks, supporting timely month-end close activities and preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Handle all payroll accounting transactions, including accruals and reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Oversee selling, general, and administrative transactions and accruals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2 years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- CPA preferred but not required
- Possesses advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized ledger systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
