A day in the life of an Executive Recruiter at The Keller Group:
Client Development & Prospecting:
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through prospecting and outreach
- Craft personalized, compelling messaging to connect with executives and hiring managers
Sales & Business Growth:
- Present The Keller Group’s Permanent Placement Services with professionalism and confidence
- Conduct both phone and in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring needs
- Negotiate and close new client partnerships
- Maintain a focus on delivering value and long-term solutions
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and grow trusted partnerships with new and existing clients
- Serve as a strategic advisor, staying close to business challenges and aligning top talent with client needs
- Provide continuous follow-up and exceptional service throughout the hiring lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of direct recruiting experience- emphasis on client development and retainment
- Agency recruiting experience is highly preferred- will consider corporate
- Accounting and Finance direct recruiting- preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A passion for people and a natural connector
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- To be considered, candidates must live in Phoenix, Arizona
