The Keller Group is proud to exclusively partner with a growing organization in the Phoenix area, seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. We are looking for someone who is a hands-on strategic thinker, able to navigate complex integrations from acquisitions, as well as have strong people management skills as this role will be developing and mentoring a large accounting staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principals, able to drive efficiency and have excellent problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the oversight and operations of a shared services accounting department including the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
- Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, policies and procedures.
- Train, develop and provide support to the accounting staff while addressing employee performance issues and concerns professionally.
- Support in the production of financial reports and provide financial analysis and recommendation when needed.
- Develop and implement KPI's, standard operating procedures and streamline shared services processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 6 years of related accounting/finance experience
- Previous management experience required
- CPA and public accounting experience a plus
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
