WHAT YOULL DO:
- Collaborate with the Controller and SF Accounting Manager on various tasks.
- Maintain and support the financial health of assigned property portfolios.
- Reconcile bank accounts, process payments, and manage vendor accounts.
- Support monthly financial statement preparation and assist with annual budget processes.
- Ensure compliance by auditing properties and managing tenant move-out procedures.
