What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with the Relocation Manager and Director of Leasing to support leasing efforts.
- Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing.
- Tailor property tours to prospective renters needs, achieving a 40% leasing conversion rate.
- Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team, including responding to inquiries and preparing reports.
- Assist with marketing, including creating social media content, setting up promotional materials, and delivering move-in gifts.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the company.
- Drive safely and responsibly; a clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last seven years is required.
