Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for all positions
- Conduct employee relations activities and provide HR guidance to staff
- Administer benefits programs and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Provide bilingual support to employees and assist with workplace communications
- Support staff development and training initiatives
- Handle HR documentation and maintain confidential personnel files
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
