- Conduct high-volume interviews and make informed hiring recommendations
- Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring standards
- Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain detailed documentation
- Represent the organization in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on interviewing and hiring decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred — or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff and leadership
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
