Production Planning Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planning Specialist to join our dynamic aerospace manufacturing team on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects while gaining valuable industry experience.

Position Overview

• Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire
• Duration: Temporary assignment
• Pay Rate: $28-$32/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability
• Monitor work order progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays
• Analyze production capacity and resource requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage material flow
• Prepare production reports and communicate status updates to management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulations
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of production planning or manufacturing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
