Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various methods to identify candidates that align with our company culture and values. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including HR sourcing and networking
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, providing timely communication and feedback
• Leverage ATS for efficient recruitment process
• Participate in executive recruiting efforts as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems; experience with Gusto, Greenhouse, or Recruitee is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of employment labor law and compliance issues
• Solid background in human resources and talent acquisition practices
• Experience in HR sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
