Bachelors degree Accounting or Finance

7 years of Accounting, Audit or related Finance

GAAP accounting skills

Financial statement and analysis experience

Excel - Pivot Table, Lookups, Charts

Job Description:

• 
  

  Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements—including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead the preparation of SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, annual reports, and earnings press releases.

  
  


• 
  

  Independently prepare complex journal entries, including accruals, to maintain accurate financial records.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform detailed account reconciliations with variance analysis and ensure resolution of discrepancies.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive special projects and create executive-level presentations for senior leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with global and cross-functional Finance and Operations teams, identifying key stakeholders and leading effective discussions.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze financial trends, partner with business units to update forecasts and plans, and investigate variances.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and perform or review Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.

  
  


• 
  

  Research and interpret new accounting standards and monitor competitor financial disclosures.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare benefit plan financial statements and support related audit processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee XBRL tagging and review to ensure accuracy in SEC filings.
