Position Overview: The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance and improvement of ROADS Community Clinics’ five (5) clinic sites, manage ROADS’s transportation fleet, and supervise Clinic Aides charged with greeting and assisting patients in clinic lobbies.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years experience in facility management, property maintenance, or a related role.
· Thorough knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
· Strong communication skills.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Oversee maintenance and improvements of all ROADS Community Clinic sites.
· Coordinate, manage, and supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring all projects are completed in an efficient manner.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property maintenance and safety.
· Oversee maintenance and repairs of ROADS’s fleet of shuttles, vans, and mobile units.
· Starting salary of $80,000 depending on experience.
