Summary : The Provider Recruiter is responsible for the successful recruitment of physicians and advanced practice clinicians for ThedaCare and includes sourcing candidates and initiating onboarding. Job Description: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Utilizes a variety of recruitment strategies to ensure a qualified, diverse provider candidate pool. 2. Collaborates with multiple disciplines to effectively and efficiently recruit providers and achieve desired outcomes. 3. Develops networks of recruiting resources for benchmarking and information sharing. 4. Cultivates relationships with residents, medical schools, and advanced clinical degree programs. 5. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to the rapidly changing needs of the workflow, team, and organization. 6. Develops and supports effective team interactions through open and honest communication, receptive to feedback, mentoring, and developing others. 7. Strives to improve the entire recruitment process in a cost-effective manner. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field • Two years of relevant experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance • Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Normally works in climate controlled office environment • Frequent sitting with movement throughout office space • Use of computers throughout the work day • Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers Hybrid opportunity to work remotely and in office as needed. Provider Recruiters are expected to attend their provider site visits and attend any necessary onsite meetings and trainings.
