What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Representative II position at TOPLINE FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
Anoka Hennepin Credit Union is a Division of Topline Financial Credit Union.
We are looking for outgoing individuals to become a part of our team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs member request with highest attention to detail and accuracy
- Interview members to determine lending needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Review credit reports and utilize content to help members save money, or offer solutions to enhance their financial situation
- Complete loan applications, calculate debt-to income ratios, process and distribute loans to member
- Responds to member requests, problems, and complaints and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information or assistance
- Completes mandatory compliance forms such as SAR & OFAC
- Reports any concerns of potential account or elder abuse to Branch Manager
- Ensures that member information is secure and kept confidential
- Performs necessary member account maintenance, research and account problems.
- Provide members with current account status, including loan payoffs and current balances and assist members in balancing their accounts
- Process debit card request, file maintenance, name and address changes, replacement cards and request to close cards
- Enter member wires request for processing
- Assist with Notary services when applicable
- Assist members with teller type transactions whenever needed including name and address change, etc.
- Complies with all applicable credit union policies, procedures and government regulations including BSA
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience as a Financial Services Representative
- Previous lending experience
- Strong attention to details
- Outgoing personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- To be a self-starter working with minimal supervision
