Junior Estimator – Utility Construction
Location : New York, United States
Salary : Up to $95K - $120K
An established Utility Contractor is looking for a Junior Estimator to join the team. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to leadership, offering a clear path to becoming a full-fledged Estimator in the near future.

What You’ll Do :
Set up bids , perform takeoffs , and organize proposals .
Obtain subcontractor and material quotes for accurate pricing.
Support the Chief Estimator and shadow senior team members .
Utilize HCSS HeavyBid (training available if needed).
Who Should Apply?
2 years of estimating experience in utility, excavation, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of takeoffs, bid structuring, and cost analysis .
Comfortable making phone calls and coordinating with subcontractors / vendors.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take on more responsibility .
Experience with HCSS HeavyBid is a plus (but not required).
