With a robust pipeline of $60M projects and plans to grow into Orlando and Tampa, this is a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned leader to contribute to a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle for high-value construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff, to maintain quality and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, implement cost controls, and ensure all projects comply with local building codes and industry regulations.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all project stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations from preconstruction through closeout.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management roles, specifically in commercial, retail, or high-end residential construction.
- Proven track record managing $50M projects in Florida.
- Extensive knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently while maintaining a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
