Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for a range of construction projects across a number of different sectors.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements and scope.
• Perform material take-offs and labor assessments to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete estimates.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports and proposals for client review and approval.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
