Heavy Equipment Operator (Montour)

Founded in 1960, Trans Ash is a rapidly growing civil land construction & environmental company. We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator at the Montour Power Plant in Washingtonville, Pennsylvania.

Pay Information:

$19.47 - $29.20 / hour
Higher starting pay with relevant experience.
Weekly Pay
Potential Overtime available

Job Summary:

Operating heavy equipment such as excavators and bulldozers.

Essential Functions:

• Operate heavy equipment to load or place dirt, ash, or other materials.
• Perform routine inspection on assigned equipment before operation.
• Perform all duties in conformance to safety standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:

• Previous construction industry and/or equipment operations experience.

Training Requirements:

• Trans Ash will provide necessary safety training for the job.

Experience:

• Operators with 3 years of operating experience are preferred.

Other Information:

• Ability to climb and operate heavy equipment.
• Must be able to work in a construction environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
