About the position...
We are looking for a Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of the project from start to finish. This individual will oversee Residential & Commercial job sites based out of the Greater Harrisburg area.
- Leads the project construction team.
- Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review.
- Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained.
- Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time.
- Complete schedule changes when necessary.
- Establishes project and construction priorities.
