Receptionist (Contract for Hire)
Summary
Join a thriving global company as receptionist and first customer experience person. Perform all meet and greet activities, administration/clerical functions, and some HR admin responsibilities.
Experience and Requirements
· Six (6) months to one (1) year office/receptionist experience.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
· Professional telephone demeanor and exceptional Customer Service Skills.
· Strong multi-tasker with organizational skills.
· Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
· Familiarity with multi-line telephone system and answering busy switchboard.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Kronos a plus.
· Light event planning and booking travel arrangements.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
