Hunting Creek Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Accounts Receivable Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the General Manager and work closely with the club’s accounting and administrative staff. He/she will be responsible for general accounting including accounts receivable and point of sale transactions. It is anticipated that he/she will work (full-time/year-round) approximately 35 hours per week and will be paid hourly. Pay rate commensurate upon experience and aligned skillset per below.

Pay Range: $24 an hour or more BOE
Job Duties:
- Reconcile Point of Sale transactions and post to Member accounts
- Manage bank deposits and general ledger reconciliations
- Post payments to Member accounts
- Prepare and enter general journal entries
- Assist members with billing and other issues
- Contribute to the month-end close process
- Maintain all department scanning and filing as needed
- Assist in audit preparation
- Prepare various special reports as required
- Ensure accurate posting of daily transactions
- Familiarity with the POS to oversee in proper posting
- Special projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour

- Tuesday to Friday, every other Saturday
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
