Ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for members and possess a genuine passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. The Membership Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and maintain the daily functions of the membership office, administration of member events, and creating a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Act as receptionist and information source to public and orient new members and
- Provide support to membership staff with calls correspondence, walk-ins, and member packets
- Assist with website, reservations, questions, policies, and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Provide superior customer service to all members and guests
- Maintain digital member filing system
- Possess detailed knowledge of member and resort guest events and assist in all aspects of planning and execution
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Support departmental projects
- Assist in administration of membership sales
- Maintain and update member website and create promotional materials for activities and events
- Perform other duties and assigned
- Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years in private club operations preferred
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional time management and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal drive, self-starter
- Knowledge of golf and country club business a plus
Compensation:
Pay scale is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
