Financial Analyst (40425)
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2 years of experience, has strong problem-solving skills, and is motivated. The salary for this position is $85k - $100k.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The Financial Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Power BI, with a strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial modeling tools.
