Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 4 years of experience, consolidations systems experience, and strong communication skills. This company offers growth opportunities, flexibility, and strong benefits.
The salary for this position is $100k-115k. Bonus.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan facilitate and develop the budgeting and financial planning processes for the organization through business partner collaboration.
- Establish operational department budgets.
- Prepare statement of operations, financial position and cash flows.
- Provide financial perspectives, insights, and actionable options for decision makers.
- Collaborate on initiatives, reporting key performance indicators, financial, and statistical information.
- Lead the development and analysis of pricing policies.
- Guide management and staff on fiscal control and profitability.
- Partner with treasury function to maximize investment return and limit risk.
- Other ad hoc projects as necessary.
The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 4 years of experience.
- Consolidations system use experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
