**Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
