**Experience: 24 months of Long Term Care experience is required. 12 months of travel experience is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a license prior to placement start. COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted. Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Will allow 1st time traveler with enough acute care experience. There is flexibility with schedule/shifts. RTO must be listed at time of submittal. Changes after offer could result in offer being rescinded. Mon - Fri Is previous travel required: no but preferred This is a professional position which includes responsibilities for assessing patient's physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs, as well as planning and providing physical therapy treatments for patients in accordance with written prescription or referral from a physician. Physical Therapist also provides education to the community. Does related work as required. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)Salary : $2,383
