**Experience: 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a license (required after submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Additional Details: 32-40 hrs scheduled No Guaranteed Hours Weekend Requirements: Occasional On Call Requirements: None 1 year of SLP experience - Required LTC or Rehab experience - Required Dress Code: Casual Professional. Dress Code: Scrubs The Speech-Language Pathologist must possess: - Meet educational requirements of his/her licensure requirements. - Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care. 1 reference from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)Salary : $2,352
