**Experience: 12 months of role experience is required. 36 months of Management experience is required. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application. COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Additional Details: The Emergency Department provides care for patients with a wide variety of needs from non-critical to emergent medical conditions including emergent and urgent mental health care. All patients are welcome whether walking in or arriving by emergency transport. All Emergency Department staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients including children. BSN preferred. Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred. PCH Emergency: Three (3) years recent RN experience in an Emergency Department required. ACLS, ENPC/PALS and TNCC preferred with initial contract, required for any extensions. Two (2) years experience in a leadership role preferred. MSN preferred.
