**Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Neurologic Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: Yes – ICU or PCU or Med Surg units
Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU Experience
Preferred Skillset/Experience: critical care experience, PACU/Post-Op experience, Stroke center experience & recent Cerner experience (doesn’t have to be within the last year)
Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro
Personality Fit: Flexible, calm, multi-tasker, positive attitudes and compassionate
Scrub Color: galaxy blue scrubs (top/bottom/jacket), black scrub pants only
Maximum days off: 10 days
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required for submission
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
