**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience:• 12 months of Palliative Care Unit experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Float Requirements: To any inpatient unit and to other Central region locations if needed.
2 yrs MS experience required
Required Skillset: Med/Surg skill set required, experience in Palliative Care/Hospice would be helpful
Primary Cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg
Scrub Colors: any
1 reference from last 36 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
