**Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved.
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Experience required: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience
Must pass EKG Course/ Telemetry test
Driver's license must be included with the submission
Floating: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles
Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected
Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission
Modules are completed during during orientation, and vary by specialty
Modules are recorded via facility report
Maximum days off: 5 days
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
