What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bale Room Attendant position at TSG - The Sheridan Group?
Bale Room Attendants at Sheridan play a vital role in our print and publishing operations. With a focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork, you will be responsible for bale room duties, operating and maintaining equipment, and handling waste disposal tasks.
As part of the 2nd shift team, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless production processes. Overtime is available and compensated accordingly, with night shift incentives also offered.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Forklift licensure and ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently are also required.
