TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global fintech firm to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Benefits Coordinator to support the administration and delivery of their benefits programs across multiple regions. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience, supporting compliance with local regulations, and assisting in the coordination of global benefits initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, insurance, and leave policies across all regions.
- Act as a point of contact for global employees and HR partners regarding benefits-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and audit benefits data across Workday and vendor systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with open enrollment processes globally, including communications, system updates, and employee support.
- Help track benefits-related invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate payment processing.
- Monitor changes in global benefits regulations and support compliance and reporting requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Support the development of employee communications, guides, and training materials for benefits programs.
- Participate in benchmarking and research to ensure benefits remain competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Assist with special projects and implementations related to global benefits, such as new rollouts or policy updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR or benefits administration; global or multi-country experience required.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and benefits platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience generating reports or analyzing benefits data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Position pays a base salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for an annual bonus.
