TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global hedge fund to hire a Business Operations Recruiter to manage technical business operations and trade support roles. You will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent for various positions within the company. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Designing a recruitment strategy for each position, including collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of specific position specifications.
- Collaborating with external recruitment agencies as needed to source and engage candidates, ensuring alignment with the company's talent requirements.
- Sourcing for qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to proactively identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates by participating in interview debriefs.
- Overseeing offer and negotiation process, collaborating with appropriate. internal teams for offer letter generation and compensation approval.
- Conducting reference checks and, when required, background screenings to validate candidate credentials and assess their suitability for the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 4 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions required.
- Experience working in financial services and/or tech required.
- Both agency and in-house experience required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Position pays a base salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
