TurnPoint Search is partnering with a growing venture capital firm to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founders. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and maintaining executives’ calendars across multiple global time zones, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Liaising with portfolio company founders, other senior executives, and government officials.
- Booking and managing complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Occasional event planning and other ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
- Effectuating various office management responsibilities (e.g., stocking office supplies) as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-7 years of administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- No-task-too-small attitude with a desire to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This position pays a base salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
