Are you a Jira wizard with a passion for driving strategic initiatives and optimizing portfolio management? Join my client's team as a Jira Administrator and play a critical role at the intersection of technology, product, and business operations.
In this hybrid role, you'll lead the charge in managing our PPM tool (Jira), support cross-functional project delivery, and occasionally step in as a part-time Project Manager. You'll work closely with leadership to drive transparency, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights through executive-level reporting.
π What Youβll Do:
β Lead and manage the initiative intake process to support strategic planning
β Administer and optimize our PPM tool (Jira), including workflow design and configuration
β Deliver KPI-based dashboards and insights through Jira and Tableau integrations
β Champion change management and process improvement efforts
β Support quarterly planning and capacity/resource management
β Partner with the PMO to design training, templates, and mentorship programs
π― What You Bring:
βοΈ 5β10 years of experience with PPM tools (especially Jira)
βοΈ Hands-on experience migrating from tools like Asana to Jira Cloud
βοΈ Proven track record in agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments
βοΈ Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
βοΈ Strong analytical skills and business acumen
βοΈ Experience in executive-level reporting and PMO dashboards
βοΈ Bonus: Background in the media industry and certifications like PMP, SAFe, or Agile
