We’re building something new in real estate commerce—and we need a Partnerships Manager who can own and grow our relationships with rental buildings and their leasing teams.
This is a high-impact role driving the real-world rollout of our renter rewards platform across residential communities. You’ll work directly with property managers, leasing agents, and building operators to bring our offering to life—turning everyday rent payments into a financial asset for residents, while creating tangible value for real estate partners.
You should bring a deep understanding of the multifamily or real estate tech space, a track record of managing strategic partnerships, and the ability to drive adoption from the ground up.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand partnerships with multifamily buildings and property managers
- Launch and activate renter-facing rewards and incentives onsite
- Build playbooks, toolkits, and events to support leasing team engagement
- Act as the go-to point of contact for onboarding, execution, and partner success
- Track performance data and optimize strategy for long-term value
- Identify growth opportunities across REITs, property groups, and residential operators
