Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician

Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our Histology department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $26.13 - $40.53 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Under supervision of the section supervisor, performs routine and specialized tests in clinical or pathology laboratory section in a timely manner according to UHS, Hospitals’, Infection Control, Laboratory and Departmental Policies and Procedures, NYSDOH, CDC Blood and Body Fluids policies and procedures. Priority is given to STAT testing and to tests that require immediate processing. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: Associate degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent (NYS Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician). Preferred: One (1) year of clinical laboratory experience. License/Certification Minimum Required: NYS Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician.
