Position: Equipment Spotter
Job Location: Clarksville, TN (in-person)
Schedule: 7AM - 4PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Equipment Spotter to assist with on-site heavy equipment operations, including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
Your role is critical in ensuring safe movement of equipment by monitoring blind spots and communicating clearly with operators.
Your duties will include:
- Monitor surroundings during equipment operation
- Assist equipment operators by guiding movements in tight or high-traffic areas
- Communicate using hand signals or radios
- Identify hazards and ensure safe practices
- Report any unsafe conditions immediately
- Other duties as needed.
Desirable / Preferred Skills:
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Basic understanding of safety practices preferred
- Ability to remain alert and focused in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a spotter or in a construction environment
- Bilingual (English/Korean or Spanish) a plus
