Responsibilities
- Execute the non-judgmental tasks of the Department of Pharmacy to assist in the safe, accurate and timely management of medications
- Prepare medications & IV admixtures for Pharmacist's verification
- Stock automated dispensing cabinets
- Answer telephone and department doors/windows
- Perform unit inspections
- Assist with patient education & dosage calculations
- The position is supervised by Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations Coordinator and/or the Director of Pharmacy
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy
