Location: Onsite in Wautoma, WI

Duration: 3-6 months

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $25-$35/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in production, maintenance, quality, and packaging
• Conduct phone screens, Zoom interviews, and onsite candidate tours
• Post jobs on internal and external platforms (Indeed, UKG)
• Write and refresh job descriptions and role specs
• Review resumes and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens)
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Conduct exit interviews and support HR best practices
• Assist with recruiting needs at nearby plants and pitch in on light HR tasks

What You Bring:

• 1.5-2 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a big plus
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG, Indeed preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills
• Confidence managing 10 open requisitions at once
