Position Overview:
Mobility Coordinator will be to provide administrative support to the UNIQLO USA Shared Service teams for mobility programs and you will be responsible for formulating global mobility policies to improve program administration. Mobility coordinator daily tasks include, but are not limited to, visa application coordination, payroll data submission, tax return filing coordination, international/domestic relocation arrangement, fleet management, invoice settlement, employee data updates and I-9 & E-Verify management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with third-party vendor management, internal process flows, invoice procedures and reports consistent with Fast retailing Japan’s unique processes and procedures
- Assist with immigration matters including preparation of petitions for nonimmigrant/ immigrant visas in coordination with manager and external legal counsel
- Assist with the development/execution of the global mobility, relocation and immigration programs consistent with Fast Retailing Japan’s global business strategy
- Responsible for ensuring correct and timely completion of all E-Verify for new employee
- Support HR partners with the I-9 overall process as needed
- Support US tax return filing process and related tasks with the tax consultant
- Provide international assignee’s payroll data to payroll and external tax consultant
- Provide specialist central mobility support /services where appropriate and be a point of contact for general mobility related queries from employee and manager
- Maintain and update employee’s data/information related to all mobility matters
- Prepare due diligence documents for internal or external audit
- Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor
- Frequent in person collaboration
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in both administering and managing mobility related.
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
- Exceptional ability to consistently deliver creative, thoughtful and business-oriented results in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and align strategy, design and operations with business requirements.
- Effective internal client-facing skills with a flexible communication style.
- Office productivity applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
Salary: $76,000 - $83,000 annually*
*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
