How will you drive value within the organization as a Business Process Analyst?
- Develop programmatic solutions to proposed process improvements via RPA tools (i.e., Nintex RPA)
- Evaluating business needs of assigned applications and ensure processes are in place to meet those needs
- Align business strategy with application abilities and design workflows and business processes in order to illustrate current and future state
- Oversee the conversion planning, testing and training for assigned applications during system changes and/or mergers & acquisitions.
- Identification and pursuit of integration and interfaces that will result in frontline and backroom efficiencies
- Participate in discussions regarding the strategic direction of our loan and deposit-related software applications including but not limited to, our core system and related ancillary applications new deposit account opening platform, teller application and other deposit related software solutions (FISERV Premier, LaserPro, CSI, nCino, Meridian Link, NewGen, Credit Lens, Encompass, Q2, BPM, Integrated Teller, DocuSign, etc.)
What you should already know to be successful as a Business Process Senior Analyst?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or similarly applicable field
- Experience with Programming Languages (SQL, C/C , Python, Java or JavaScript).
- Experience developing creative, programmatic solutions with tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Experience evaluating and leading application implementations and upgrades
- Experience designing and implementing business processes
- Experience developing training and testing plans
- Experience managing vendor implementations and vendor relationships
- Project management skills
Preferred attributes and knowledge:
- UiPath Certification, Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional Certification, or Blue Prism RPA Certification.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into quantifiable action items
- Knowledge of deposit, loan and general ledger accounting procedures
Conditions of Employment:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- This is a full-time, non-remote position
Salary : $60,300 - $76,400
